    This training program is focused on burning fat while building a foundation of strong, aesthetic muscles. We are going to focus on form and range of motion. Learn how to train correctly in an effective and efficient way. This 4 week program is for beginners and intermediates, in this program you will train 5 days a week and you will have an active rest day.

    This 4 week program is for intermediate to advanced. It is designed to continue building aesthetic muscles by targeting the glutes and abdomen for many of the workouts. This program is progressive, I want you to challenge yourself every series, every day, every week. Choose heavier weights each week.
